1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of AllPro Clean’s services and platform. By accessing or using our platform, website, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

AllPro Clean is a technology platform that connects clients with independent Service Providers (cleaners). AllPro Clean does not perform cleaning services directly.


2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Payments are non-refundable after service completion.

  • To request a refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a $40 cancellation fee.

  • If a Service Provider arrives and is turned away, misled about the cleaning needs, or if the job exceeds the agreed level of service, a $40 fee or adjusted charges may apply.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available if cancellation is requested 48+ hours before service.

  • No refunds after services are rendered.

  • Membership purchases (QR Lifetime Membership) are strictly non-refundable.


4. Standard Cleaning vs Deep Cleaning

Standard Cleaning Includes:

  • Surface dusting

  • Floor vacuuming and mopping

  • Basic kitchen and bathroom wipe-downs

  • Removal of up to two (2) standard-size trash bags

Standard Clean does NOT include:

  • Deep scrubbing of baseboards, walls, grout

  • Heavy stain removal

  • Handling more than two trash bags

Deep Cleaning Includes:

  • Intensive scrubbing of surfaces

  • Appliance detailing

  • Handling of three (3) or more large trash bags

  • Removal of grime, mildew, or buildup

Important: If the property condition is significantly worse than described, additional charges may apply or service may be refused.


5. Lifetime Membership Terms (QR Code Membership)

  • QR code Lifetime Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Members can earn reward points on verified service purchases.

  • Points are subject to a 90-day adjustment window and may be revoked if cleanings are canceled or refunded.

  • Points redemption (for cash back) must be requested via email until a customer portal is available.

  • Abuse or manipulation of the membership program will result in termination.


6. Theft, Damage, and Claims Policy

  • Claims must be reported within 30 days of the service date.

  • Clients must secure valuables before service.

  • Claims require documentation and may include fair market value estimates.

  • Liability is limited to the lesser of (1) three times the cost of the service or (2) fair market replacement value.

  • Exclusions apply (cash, jewelry, sentimental items, pets, pre-existing damages).


7. Dispute Mediation and Final Decision

  • If a Client requests AllPro Clean’s assistance to mediate a dispute, the Client agrees that AllPro Clean’s final decision is binding and non-appealable.

  • If you prefer to retain full negotiation rights, you must resolve the dispute directly with the Service Provider without AllPro Clean’s involvement.


8. Platform Usage and Responsibilities

  • Clients agree that Service Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of AllPro Clean.

  • Clients are prohibited from bypassing the platform to hire Service Providers directly.

  • Clients must provide accurate descriptions of service needs.

  • AllPro Clean is not liable for the conduct, errors, or omissions of Service Providers.

Independent Contractor Disclaimer (Softened)
AllPro Clean connects clients with independent cleaners who operate under their own business terms. These Service Providers are not employees or agents of AllPro Clean. While we screen and monitor professionals to the best of our ability, we are not liable for their individual actions. That said, we’re committed to supporting our customers and will do everything within our power to help resolve service-related concerns.


9. Communication Consent

  • By using our platform, you consent to receive communications via SMS, phone calls, and email.

  • You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time by contacting office@allprocleans.com or replying STOP to texts.


10. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

All materials shared by AllPro Clean, including training, pricing, operations, and booking processes, are confidential. You agree not to share, copy, or distribute this information. This obligation remains even after services are completed or accounts are closed.


11. Non-Disparagement

By using our platform or services, you agree not to publish, post, or assist others in posting any false, misleading, or negative content about AllPro Clean, its contractors, staff, or business operations. Violation may result in legal action and/or account termination.


12. Dispute Resolution: Binding Private Arbitration

All disputes, claims, or controversies will be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration in Graham, Texas, governed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Arbitration is private and not open to the public.

  • Each party pays its own legal fees unless awarded otherwise.

  • No class action, mass arbitration, or jury trial is permitted.

  • Judgment on arbitration awards may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

  • All aspects of the arbitration proceedings, including the hearing, documents, evidence, and final decision, shall remain strictly confidential unless otherwise required by law.

Exceptions: You may pursue individual claims in small claims court or seek injunctions related to intellectual property or confidentiality violations.


13. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a safe, reliable, and high-quality experience through our platform, your use of AllPro Clean is ultimately at your own discretion and risk. We take reasonable steps to vet Service Providers and uphold standards, but we cannot guarantee every individual outcome. We encourage open communication and will always do our best to support you if issues arise.

AllPro Clean is not responsible for:

  • Conduct or performance of Service Providers

  • Damages beyond those described in Section 6

  • Missed appointments due to client miscommunication

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to AllPro Clean in the prior six months.


14. Assignment

AllPro Clean may assign its rights under this Agreement without notice. Clients may not assign their rights without written approval.


15. Changes to Terms

AllPro Clean may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform means you accept the updated Terms.


16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
